Grants to our community:
Animal Welfare
Purpose
The Animal Welfare grants program supports initiatives and programs that benefit animals through research, outreach, education and direct care.
Grant Opportunities
Opportunities to access animal welfare funding at Vancouver Foundation are limited due to the relatively small size and scope of our funds to support this field. At the present time we are not accepting grant applications. Periodically, we will announce specific requests for proposals (RFPs). If you would like to be notified of these announcements, please send an e-mail request to Natalie Ord.
Eligibility
Vancouver Foundation's general eligibility guidelines apply.
Animal Welfare Expert Panel
Vancouver Foundation works with an Expert Panel to assess applications and to make funding recommendations. This Panel brings relevant expertise from across British Columbia and helps to shape our work and to ensure that we remain in touch with the communities we serve.
