Grant to our community:
Youth Philanthropy
Introduction
At Vancouver Foundation, we believe some of the best experts regarding young people are young people themselves. Our Youth Philanthropy Council uses their insider knowledge of Vancouver’s youth community to decide which youth projects the Foundation will support. This method also creates a rare volunteer opportunity for youth where they can use their knowledge and experience in a meaningful decision-making role. The result is a win-win situation where everyone benefits, and Vancouver Foundation is able to fund projects that are meaningful and beneficial to youth themselves.
