HR Strategic Plan
The HR Strategic Plan provides a snapshot of the issues the non-profit labour market in BC is tackling. It includes 12 areas of action that will be developed into new tools and resources -- all with the goal to make human resource management in the sector better.
The creation of this plan was a collaborative effort and we’d like to thank our Advisory Committee, the team of professional HR consultants, 50 key informants from the non-profit sector and those who completed our online survey.
