Logo & Recognition
Vancouver Foundation encourages all our grant recipients to build awareness of their projects through their community and local media. News releases, newsletters, speeches, brochures, leaflets and advertising are all simple but important ways your organization can build awareness and understanding of the impact of your work.
When promoting a project Vancouver Foundation has funded, we ask that you acknowledge the Foundation’s support. The purpose of this acknowledgment is to raise awareness of the role of philanthropy in supporting community initiatives. By acknowledging the Foundation, we hope to encourage more philanthropy and thereby generate more support and funds for projects like yours in the years to come.
Below are two boilerplate paragraphs on Vancouver Foundation and its work. One should be included in any media release on a project we have supported. Simply cut and paste the text to your document.
