Bradley Dean Memorial Fund

Taken from us far too soon, Brad's life will forever remain a testament of achievement on all levels. Brad was an accomplished musician, academic, athlete, teacher and businessman, but his greatest accomplishment was how deeply he touched other's lives. His booming voice and laughter, magnificent smile, amazing intellect and ability to see the best in everyone he met made us all want to emulate his kind and compassionate manner.

Brad’s passions were books, music, skiing, baseball and most recently cycling, where in a very short time he became a champion. Brad left this world much too soon, but his time with us will be forever cherished.

"He didn’t think about himself. He always thought about other people.” - Dean Alexander, Friend and Co-Worker

"He didn’t think about himself. He always thought about other people.”

Family, friends and colleagues meant the world to Brad and through establishing this fund they wish to honour Brad’s generous and caring nature, and to pay tribute to his life’s interests. The intention of this fund is to provide an annual “Brad Dean Award” for students in the Jazz music program at Semiahmoo Secondary School.
