Katherine Reilly is a Partner in the Advocacy and Litigation group at McMillan LLP.
Katherine concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation and has acted as trial counsel on a range of complex corporate and commercial disputes, including contract and tort issues that have made novel law in Canada. Katherine obtained her law degree from Dalhousie University and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2007. Katherine is a member of the Board of Directors of Claren Academy, a technology and creativity-focused independent school in Vancouver. She is an active mentor in the legal community, where she mentors UBC and UVic law students, junior lawyers and articling students.
Katherine also acts as a mentor to female high school students through the YWCA’s high school mentorship program.
