Project Description
Dan has worked in the supported employment sector for over 10 years, helping individuals with a diverse range of abilities, challenges, and backgrounds gain independence through employment. As the Director of Employment and Training at the YMCA of Greater Vancouver, Dan develops innovative programming that addresses the unique needs of diverse populations. He is currently working with youth facing mental illness and addiction.
