Project Description
Joseph brings over 17 years of experience working at the intersection of government, First Nations, and community social planning. He has direct expertise on early childhood community development planning, funding, and evaluation, focusing extensively on Indigenous community development practice and culturally-grounded Early Childhood service delivery. He is currently the Executive Director of the BC Council for Families.
