Navida Suleman

Navida is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with more than 25 years of leadership experience in finance, strategy, and governance across public, private, and member-owned organizations. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Administration at BCIT, where she oversees financial strategy, risk management, and administrative operations. Prior to this role, Navida served as the CFO of BCAA.

Throughout her career, Navida has established a proven track record of driving organizational performance through strong financial oversight, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. She is recognized for her ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights, fostering transparency and informed decision-making.

Navida is passionate about strengthening communities and advancing causes that contribute to a more inclusive, compassionate, and resilient society. She also currently serves as a volunteer Board Director for the Mulgrave Independent School Society and the BC SPCA.

Her professional expertise and long-standing commitment to community service are a valuable asset in supporting the mission of the Vancouver Foundation.
