Jenny Lee-Leugner

Jenny Lee-Leugner is Vice President, Engagement at Vancouver Foundation, where she leads the Foundation’s work in communications, community engagement, learning, evaluation, knowledge mobilization, and community networks. As a member of the executive team, she helps strengthen relationships across communities and sectors, connect people and ideas, and support local organizations and networks to better serve their communities. As a first-generation Korean immigrant and uninvited settler, she brings these lived experiences to her work and leadership.

Jenny brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, organizational leadership, and social impact. Since joining Vancouver Foundation in 2018, she has held several leadership roles, including Director of Communications, before becoming Vice President, Engagement in 2025. Prior to Vancouver Foundation, she worked across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She also holds a Master of Arts in Communication from Simon Fraser University.

She is also the proud mother of two daughters, who remind her why building stronger, more connected communities matters.
