Lisa is Managing Partner with Boyden global executive search, a sophisticated international network of more than 70 offices in 40 countries including throughout the US, and is a Director of the Canadian Board. She brings 20+ years of consulting experience in a wide range of industries to clients. Lisa has conducted over 200 executive level search assignments, including dozens of CEO-level searches. Unique in the sector, she works out of both the Vancouver and Toronto markets and was the administrative Partner in the Toronto office.

Lisa helps clients build high performance leadership teams by recruiting outstanding individuals from across the world. High profile assignments include recruiting the executive team for the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Winter Games.

She is recognized for her ability to work successfully with private sector, public sector and not-for-profit clients. Lisa leads Boyden’s National Health Care Practice is a key member of Boyden’s Global Financial Services and Consumer Practices groups where she brings deep expertise working with credit union/pension/wealth and manufacturing/retail/distribution, as well as public sector clients.

Lisa has a strong understanding of board governance and board dynamics and is well regarded for her ability to guide Boards to consensus.

Lisa is a Board Director with the United Way of the Lower Mainland and has sat on several other boards including Chairing the United Way campaign for Metro Vancouver, and served on the YWCA, Junior Achievement and Sports Hall of Fame boards. Lisa holds an Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Western Washington University and a Masters of Business Administration from Queen’s University. She is also a Certified Management Consultant. In her spare time she plays ice hockey.
