Each year Zajac Ranch welcomes hundreds of children with chronic illnesses and disabilities. With facilities to accommodate their health needs the kids are able to focus on making friends and having fun. The ranch is uniquely designed to meet the needs and abilities of all campers no matter what medical issue they may have.
“The kids don’t have to hide their medical need, disability or disorder because everyone is experiencing the same thing,” says Camp Director, Jeremy Zinger.
Vancouver Foundation has supported Zajac Ranch for the past six years; the most recent grant has gone towards their new indoor riding arena.
