Upcoming donation deadlines 2025

If you are considering making a donation before the end of the year, please keep in mind the following dates to help ensure that you receive a 2025 tax receipt:

• Monday, December 1st – Deadline for mutual fund donations.
• Monday, December 15th – Deadline for securities donations.
• Thursday, December 18th – Deadline for submitting grant requests from a donor advised fund.
• Wednesday, December 31st – Deadline for cheque donations.
  Note: If sent by mail, the envelope must be post-marked no later than Dec 31st. We encourage using electronic methods to ensure the donation is received by Dec 31st.
• Wednesday, December 31st – Deadline for wire and online donations.
