Shape Vancouver Foundation’s future by joining our Board of Directors. Our Board is made up of leaders with a wide range of knowledge and experience that guides how we fulfill our mission, vision, and strategy.

2026 Board Recruitment

We’re looking for new applicants to join our Board and will be selecting candidates for a three-year term.

Vancouver Foundation is accepting applications until February 13, 2026 and we’re seeking candidates with a mix of the following:

  • Legal experience (qualified lawyer);
  • Institutional investment experience (CFA qualified);
  • Public or government relations experience; or
  • Governance and human resources experience.

We know that there is rarely an ideal or perfect candidate for a role, and we are actively working to eliminate barriers in our recruitment process. We will invite shortlisted candidates for a virtual interview during the weeks of March 9 or 16 and will present recommended candidates to the Board of Directors for a term beginning on May 1, 2026.
